Who This Is For

Nyangu is not for every family.

We accept a limited number of children each intake. Before you apply, be certain this is you.

This is for

Parents who lead their child's education

  • Parents who want their child performing at or above grade level
  • Parents who are ready to take action now
  • Parents who value expert-led systems over trial-and-error
This is not for

Families looking for something casual

  • Parents looking for cheap tutoring
  • Parents hoping their child will simply grow out of it
  • Parents not ready to invest in structured support

Why Children Fall Behind

The gap doesn't stay the same size. It compounds.

Your child attends school every day. So why is the reading not clicking? Because school was built for the average, delivered at volume — one teacher, thirty children, one pace. A child who learns differently doesn't get what they need inside that system. Not because no one cares. Because the system was never designed to provide it.

01

The system teaches at one pace

One teacher. Thirty children. One method. A child who processes differently — or needs structured instruction in the mechanics of reading — is quietly left to cope.

02

The gap compounds silently

Reading underpins every subject — Maths word problems, Science comprehension, History essays. A six-month gap in Grade 2 becomes a two-year gap by Grade 4.

03

The identity window closes

Between ages 7 and 12, children form their permanent academic identity. Without intervention, a child doesn't just fall behind — they decide they are "not a reader." That belief follows them for life.

"Workbooks, evening practice and repeating school work don't close a structural gap. A precise diagnosis does."

This is where Nyangu begins — with a Private Diagnostic Assessment that finds exactly where the breakdown occurs.

The Nyangu Difference

This isn't tutoring. It's academic acceleration.

Tutoring is extra help. Nyangu is a specialist intervention system — diagnosis-first, roadmap-led, measured weekly. Every parent who has experienced both knows the difference.

The tutoring model

Tutors

  • Guess where the problem is.
  • Repeat school work.
  • Focus on homework.
The Nyangu system

Nyangu

  • Diagnoses precisely where the breakdown occurs.
  • Creates a personalised roadmap.
  • Measures progress weekly.
  • Rebuilds reading confidence from the foundation.

"Tutors guess. We diagnose."

Our Programmes

Two ways in. One standard.

Every child enters through a Private Diagnostic Assessment. From there, one of two specialist tracks.

Flagship · Grades 1–7

Nyangu Academic Acceleration Programme™

This is not tutoring. Tutoring fills gaps. Nyangu builds academic identity. There's a difference — and every parent who has experienced both knows it.

For children falling behind in reading, writing or spelling. Most children who fall behind never catch up unless someone intervenes with a real system. Not extra homework. Not another tutor. A private, structured, specialist-led system:

  • A private diagnostic that finds the exact breakdown
  • A personalised roadmap, documented and visible to you
  • Weekly, measurable results — not effort reports

Grade-level performance within 90 days — or we make it right.

Parents typically invest between E1,500 – E3,000/month, depending on the level of support required.

Early Advantage · Ages 4–6

Early Readers Fast-Track

For parents who want their child reading before school does it for them.

The parents who act at age four don't spend age nine fixing a problem. Structured early-literacy instruction, delivered privately by a specialist.

  • Children begin reading within 30 days
  • Foundations built correctly the first time
  • School-ready confidence before Grade 1

Reading within 30 days — the earliest advantage a parent can give. Watch our 4-year-olds reading →

The Nyangu Way™

This is the same system used to train over 500 teachers across Eswatini and beyond. We built the Nyangu Way™ — an evidence-based acceleration system that diagnoses precisely where a child's performance breaks down and rebuilds it with a clear roadmap.

Every child receives a private diagnostic, a personalised plan and a specialist — not a tutor.

"Tutors guess. We diagnose."

Our founder, Mrs Nyangu, has spent over three decades specialising in literacy instruction, teacher training and helping children gain the academic advantage that has placed learners at the top of their classes across three countries.

I highly recommend Nyangu learning centre. In a week and a half my son is showing great signs of reading and writing properly. Good job 👏
Sibusiso Mhlanga

I highly recommend Nyangu Learning Centre. Their services are professional, and the assessment process is genuine and accurate. You can trust that they truly understand and support each learner.
Sphelele Dlamini
Parent of an enrolled learner
My son recently joined the Early Literacy Programme. He's shy by nature and takes quite some time to open up, but he hasn't stopped talking about how much he loves his 'new school'. He'd rather skip actual school but attend Nyangu Learning Centre. The warm and affectionate teachers have really helped him gain confidence and I can see an improvement with his reading. Nyangu Learning Centre, I 100% recommend.

I am so happy we found Nyangu's Paradise. They have been a tremendous help in setting a great foundation for our son. We saw the difference in his approach to reading within two sessions which is brilliant!!
Sharon Martins
Parent of an enrolled learner
Nyangu learning Centre is a blessing that I have come across, the teachers are so good and are a blessing for us parents and the children. I started my daughter with them at 4 years old and she is doing amazing, she can read quite a bit and is doing great in maths as well, all due to their patience and effort in doing so. Thank you so much nyangu learning centre.

Questions Parents Ask

Before you apply.

Tutoring is extra help — a tutor guesses where the problem is and repeats school work. Nyangu is a specialist intervention system. Every child starts with a Private Diagnostic Assessment that finds precisely where reading, writing or comprehension breaks down. From there, a personalised roadmap, specialist-led sessions and weekly measurable progress. Tutors guess. We diagnose.

A literacy specialist works privately with your child to assess exactly where their performance breaks down — decoding, fluency, spelling, comprehension or expression. You receive documented results and a clear recommendation in a private consultation. No guessing, no generic level tests.

Schools are built for the average, delivered at volume — one teacher, thirty children, one pace. A child who learns differently doesn't get what they need inside that system, not because no one cares, but because the system was never designed to provide it. Meanwhile, the gap compounds: a six-month gap in Grade 2 becomes a two-year gap by Grade 4. Waiting is not neutral.

The Early Readers Fast-Track serves ages 4–6, building reading before school does it for them. The Academic Acceleration Programme™ serves primary school children in Grades 1–7 — both children performing below grade level and capable children ready to be stretched above it.

In 30 days, you will see the difference. In 90 days, others will too. Progress is documented in weekly reports with measurable movement — not effort summaries. For the flagship programme: grade-level performance within 90 days, or we make it right.

Parents typically invest between E1,500 and E3,000 per month, depending on the level of support your child's roadmap requires. The exact recommendation follows the diagnostic assessment — we never prescribe support before we've diagnosed the need. Families who pause usually come back — to a bigger gap and a child who has lost confidence. The cost of stopping is rarely zero.

Session frequency is matched to your child's roadmap and your family's week — from one to five sessions per week, at a consistent time handled by the specialist. The scheduling burden on you is minimal by design.

Our enrolment team reviews your application, then reaches out on WhatsApp to schedule your child's Private Diagnostic Assessment. You'll receive the results in a private consultation, with a clear recommendation — and the decision stays entirely yours.
